Love Promises Wedding services! ❤️ Everyone is very professional and friendly. From trying out many different gowns to choosing the final right one, the staffs have shown patience and helped by giving great suggestions. Really love the gown that I have chosen! On the actual day, makeup artist Charmaine and photographer Rayn really did a great job too! We love the end results! 😍 Not to mention that it's definitely more affordable and have great services! Tip: You can book and appointment down to have a look on the various styles of gowns and suits that they are offering! Highly recommended 👍
We did our pre-wedding shoot, gown rental and actual day photograpy + videography with promises wedding. They were very professional in their dealings, and even accommodated a last-minute gown change after our gown selection. The photos for our pre-wedding shoot were great, and their our photographer (Lim) and Make-up artist (Minnie) went out of their way to ensure that the best photos of use were taken. On the actual day, their videographer (Zi Xuan) came out with a great video even though we didn't give him much content. Overall, promises wedding team made our whole planning process a lot easier, and the team they had to execute our wedding on the ground were amazing.
Had an awesome & pleasant experience with Promises Wedding Service! ☺️ Engaged them after seeing my friend pre-wed photos on social media & also due to positive comments from my friend as well. The whole process was hassle-free & they always remind us via WhatsApp on the upcoming appointments (fittings, photoshoot & choosing of photos), which is something we are grateful for & exactly what we needed due to our busy work schedules. Definitely can feel their passion in their work & never felt pressurised by them! 👍🏻 Joey was very patience during the fitting & would give recommendations on what looks good on me. The red dress was picked by her & I loved it so much once I put it on despite not liking it when I first looked at it. It was simple, classy & elegant 😍 So glad that I tried it on! We felt very comfortable throughout the shoot day. Photographer is a nice & a very funny person. Elin was very helpful & always help to adjust my dress during the shoot. All the ladies are very patience, helpful & always give positive attitude ❤️MUA Charmaine is also very pleasant to worked with. Just felt so relax around them! Great team 👍🏻 Really enjoyed the whole process & loved their service! I will definitely recommend them for your pre-wedding shoot! Great service! We did our pre-wedding photoshoot here and we’re really satisfied. Yu Ting is very patient and helped a lot in choosing the gown and answering all our questions and giving recommendations. The photographer is friendly and helpful too! Their prices are reasonable and they have a reasonable selections of gowns and suits.
